Return Policy

Returns - Cancellations.

1. In case the customer wishes for any reason to cancel all or part of his order before it is executed or delivered to him, he may at any time do so by contacting us:

Our representative will immediately take care of the customer's requests.

In case he has prepayed by bank deposit, prepaid / debit / credit card, the refund of the monetary difference will be made within 3-6 days to an account or card that will have been indicated by the customer.

2. Cancellation of an order after it has been shipped:
In case the customer wishes to return all or part of the products delivered to him, depending on the reason for the return, different conditions & charges apply, depending on the case of each customer.

In case of incorrect shipment of the products from our own warehouse, it is noted that the products that were sent incorrectly to the area of our warehouse should come in order to be checked first by the person in charge of our warehouse that the products are unused and in their original condition. The correct products will then be shipped to the customer immediately. It is of course noted that this process is without any additional shipping charge to the customer was sent something by our fault.

3. Change of customer's opinion:
In case the customer for any reason considers that the products were delivered to him with the order do not meet his needs or desires, he has the right to return the entire amount of the products to be returned or purchase of other different products under the following conditions:

– The notification for the return of the products to be made in our store WITHIN 14 calendar days from the issuance of the receipt or invoice

– The product packaging must NOT have been opened

– Each product must be new and unmanageable in its original packaging and be in the same condition as the one received

– Have the receipt or invoice of purchase available

Refund procedure in case of a change of customer's mind:

A. If the customer returns the products himself to the point of receipt of the Ergaleiogatos.gr, the payment of the full amount of the products to be returned is made on the spot in cash and the payment of the entire amount of the products to be returned

B. If the customer wishes to return the products from his place to our headquarters:

– Our store is not charged at all with the return costs in case of change of opinion

– There must necessarily have been telephone communication with the customer service of our store (2625022161) to inform the customer's intention and to guide him in the whole process

– The products to be returned should be returned to our headquarters at the expense of the customer and by Courier or Transport Company of his choice.

– The refund will be made within 2-4 days after we receive the products in a bank account indicated by the customer

– The amount of money returned concerns the value of the products and transport costs (if any – except in cases of free shipping) paid by the customer during his purchase.

– In case the customer paid by cash on delivery and was charged for the cash on delivery service, the amount of the cash on delivery charge is NOT refunded when the customer changes his mind.

4. Defective product :

If upon receipt or delivery of the product to the customer, he realizes that it is not working properly or suspects that it is defective, then the following procedure is followed:

A. How will the product get to our store to check its possible defect?

– If the customer has purchased the product from our store, he should bring it back to our store with his own means

– If the product has been sent to the customer, our store bears the return costs in case of a possible defective product

B. What is the procedure for checking the defective product?

– From the moment the product arrives at our store, it is received by us and forwarded to our competent department for inspection

– Our competent technical department examines the product and determines if there is indeed a defect in the product within a period of up to 5 working days

C. What happens after the product has been checked by the competent department?

– If the product is found by our technical competent department that it works properly, the customer is notified that he should take it back, after first explaining to him what he may not have worked properly during its use

– If the product is found by our technical competent department to be defective then:

i. If the product has been purchased within 14 calendar days from the day of communication for the possible defect by the customer, then the customer is asked by our customer service if he wants a refund or replacement of his product

ii. If the product has been purchased after the end of 14 calendar days from the day of communication for the possible defect by the customer, then the customer receives a replacement of the product

D. How does the customer receive the replacement of the product that was given for inspection?

– Depending on how the product has originally come to our store, then:

i. The customer is notified to go by to pick it up from our store

ii. Sent back to the customer with shipping costs of our store

5. Warranties - Service

All products, except for work shoes, have a guarantee of good operation from our store 2 years from the date indicated on the receipt / invoice of purchase.

The work shoes have a guarantee of good operation from our store 3 months from the date indicated on the receipt / invoice of purchase.

The store "mastoremata" does not provide the possibility of serving the products, but can serve in matters of service of its customers after consultation with the companies of the products.

The buyer's obligation is:

– To follow the appropriate ways of proper use of the product

– To follow the instructions for use

– To preserve and clean the product

Necessary conditions for the guarantee to be valid are for the customer to have available for demonstration the proof of purchase of the product (invoice or receipt).

For the service process in the case of returns – service please see above the section "defective products".

If the product is replaced according to the above section "defective products" within the framework of its warranty, the product given as a replacement has a guarantee until the date of purchase of the first product it replaced. The warranty of the product is not renewed with its replacement, as our store has the obligation to support the warranty of a product in the period of time starting from the date of purchase of the original first product.
